
We have a new line-up of classes at Outta Hatha! Johanna's "Yin Yang Flow" class is renamed as "Slow Flow", which will be a balanced class structured around a slow vinyasa flow sequence designed to build strength and improve flexibility safely, by cultivating body awareness and control.
We are also having our second "Wake-Up Hatha" pop-up class this weekend to launch weekly Saturday morning classes by Henry. You will be able to grow your practice with Henry as we ramp up our class offerings to 5 classes a week! Henry's "Wake-Up Hatha" class is an all-round Hatha Yoga class. It will explore body alignment, muscle engagement and breath work. Another aim is to help enhance knowledge and broaden the perspectives of practitioners beyond mere physical practice. The class aims to shift the practice to a more subtle level, helping practitioners find their centre and balance while achieving harmony in their body and mind.
