Join Zeeba, our team's Ayurveda expert, for a yummy and insightful 90min workshop on Saturday 8 July 5.30pm-7pm as she demystifies the Three Doshas - Vata, Pitta, Kapha - in Ayurvedic medicine. She will share how you can apply the concepts to understand your body and be more discerning about what you eat for your body type.
Workshop description:
Learn about the Five Mahabhutas, or the Five Great Elements, of Ayurveda and how they combine to form three mind-body constitutions (doshas). Find out your dosha and what you can do to naturally heal yourself using food! Zeeba will delve deeply into nutrition for each of the three doshas and share which foods to eat more of and which to avoid, in order to maintain balance in our mind-body.
As part of the workshop, each participant will take an intensive dosha quiz to evaluate your constitution. You will then get to enjoy some healthy drinks and light snacks, based on your dosha, while having an informative Q&A session with Zeeba!
Workshop fee is $35 per pax. You can also use TWO class credits from your Outta Hatha class card.
Fill in the form below to sign up. The full location details of the workshop will be provided only to those who pre-register here. Payment can be done in cash on the event day.
